Meet Linus! 🤩
This little guy came to us by way of the City of Newburgh. He is a 4(ish) year old Shih Tzu. Very sweet and friendly. He is currently being fostered with another dog and doing well. 🐶 As you can see his before and after photo is pretty remarkable. He's still getting used to his new hairdo.
