Kane is outgoing, affectionate and has a big personality! He is well rounded and loves everyone. Kane is in a foster home with other kitties, children and dogs so he should fit into most any family. He is very affectionate and is not shy when asking for attention! This little guy wants to be where you are at and is ready to bring love and laughter to one lucky family.
Kane has integrated into different play groups in our community cat rooms with ease. He is an easy going kitty and should fit into most any family situation.
At 6 1/2 months old, Kane has been in rescue for basically his whole life after coming into our care at only a few weeks old. He is more than ready for a family of his very own!

Please note that our animals are rescued and transported from South Mississippi where major animal overpopulation means less homes. We only transport them if adopted, in most instances, we can be available for a video call once an application has been approved.
We are USDA certified, and WE PERSONALLY TRANSPORT OUR adopted animals to meet their new families. We transport every 2-3 weeks.
Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, Microchip, Mississippi Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you.

We are located in South Mississippi, but travel up the east coast regularly (every 3 to 4 weeks) with pre-adopted animals.Dixie Adoptables is one of many shelters working to get animals out of the area where shelters are always full, and adoptions of the sweet babies are hard to come by. We are grateful to every person that chooses to adopt and give a home to a loving animal, whose only fault was being born in a part of the country where their value is underappreciated and spay/neuter is done far too infrequently.
