Mossimo is a friendly 2 year old boy from New Jersey. He has a sad backstory but is looking forward to leaving it in his past and moving into a loving home. Mossimo has lived with other cats and has fallen in love with his buddy Shamrock! He has gained a lot of confidence from his friend and he would like to be adopted with him.
Mossimo is FIV+ and would need to be an indoor only cat. Positive cats typically have the same life expectancy as those who are negative.
For questions about Mossimo please contact Homeward Bound at 802-388-1100 ext.111 or email feline@homewardboundanimals.org

Adopting an animal is an exciting and important step for you and your family! Here is a brief outline of what to expect.
1. Come to our shelter and visit with the animals... come as many times as you like... you'll know when you've met "the one!"
2. Meet with an adoption counselor who will work with you to see if the animal you want can fit into your lifestyle, preferences, desires and expectations or if another would be a better match!
3. Complete the adoption paperwork and counseling session (this may take up to 45 minutes, so please be prepared to spend this time with an Adoption Counselor). You may also complete the adoption application online prior to coming to the shelter! Please note the application is an expression of interest and does guarantee animal placement.
4. Take your new best friend home!!
