My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Greetings! I'm Cleocatra! I am a cat who is just as regal as my name. I am reserved at first, but as soon as we get to know one another, we will be buddies for life! I love scratches behind the ears and being brushed. I like to be around other cats, you can always find me curled up with a friend in the cat room! I would prefer a home without dogs, as they can really stress me out! Come by and see me soon!

More about this shelter

We are a non-profit organization out of Monticello, IA specializing in the care for dogs and cats that need us. Our care does not stay local, as we take transports from all over the United States, and adopt all over as well!

Our mission's primary focus is to help reduce the homeless pet population by finding homes for spayed/neutered pets, and helping educate WHY this process is so important, and the proper way to care for pets!
