My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tiger Boy is a special 8 year old boy. He came to the shelter very shy and not trusting of people. Since then, it has been difficult for him to adjust. He is naturally curious and is coming out of hiding more and more, however he is still cautious about people approaching him. He loves to play; playing with him really helps to bring him out of his shell and makes him more comfortable being near people. He especially likes to chase toys on a stick! He very clearly has a lot of personality—now he just needs the right person to help him bring it out. He would probably be best going to an experienced cat owner who can be slow, patient with him, and understanding of his needs. He would do best in a low stress environment with owners who could consistently socialize him and help him adjust.
