Poor little Ramon is only 7 years young and weighs 23 lbs. He was confiscated from his owner in terrible shape of being so matted we couldn't really tell what breed he was. The mats were so bad they were causing him pain. Now shaved he should be growing back his fur to be a handsome boy. We don't really know much about him yet but he does well at his foster home with other dogs and is very good at adoption events. Ramon is now fully vetted and adoption fee is $250
