Kaleidoscope was named for the beautiful and unique patterns on her fur that resemble the shapes seen in a kaleidoscope, but her foster parents mostly just call her Kallie for short.
She’s an incredibly sweet, affectionate, and spunky young cat. She wasn’t always like this though… When she first came to us, Kallie was incredibly weak and emaciated. She had all of her adult teeth, so the vet estimated her age to be about 5-6 months old at that time, but she only weighed 2.5lbs! She should’ve been at least twice that size.
Since her arrival, Kallie has been healing and growing amazingly well. She’s still on the small side, but her health is back up to par. What she lacks in size, she makes up for in personality!
Kallie is super spunky and loves to be the center of attention. She follows her foster parents around like a shadow and is always in the mood to either play or cuddle.
She gets along very well with the other cats and dogs in the house. Her only downside is that she has a tendency to play pretty rough, so a home with no small children is recommended.
