Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Some dogs wear their past on their bodies, and Story is one of them. She was found bruised, scarred, and bleeding, her history a mystery, but her spirit unbroken. Whatever she went through, it didn’t take away her ability to love, it only made her shine brighter.
Story is the kind of dog who pulls you in without even trying. There’s something about her, something warm and knowing, like she understands she’s been given a second chance and is determined to make the most of it. She adores people and dogs alike, always ready to play, snuggle, or simply be near.
She’s a foodie with a love for apples and carrots, a cuddlebug who’ll gladly take up space on the couch, and an adventurer who walks beautifully on a leash. She’s smart, eager to please, and has picked up commands like sit, paw, and stay, though patience isn’t always her strong suit!
Despite her past, Story doesn’t hold on to fear. She greets the world with an open heart, trusting, loving, and ready for whatever comes next. Now, all she needs is someone to walk beside her, to keep writing this incredible story together.
