Howdy from Texas. My name is Joni, I’m a pretty Terrier mix about 2 years old, weigh 30 lbs, and I’m looking for a forever home somewhere on the East Coast. I was a stray dog roaming a neighborhood in Houston with my brother Jinx, and we were hoping to find food when a nice lady brought us inside and contacted 4 Little Paws Rescue. We were moved to a foster home near San Antonio, and now fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped, healthy, happy, and ready to meet our new families… whoever you are.

My foster mom says I’m a sweetheart, a bit shy-submissive at first, but friendly with everyone dogs, cats, and humans, young or old, big or small, and I have a lovely personality. I never bark, I love playtime and dog toys, pets, and tummy rubs. I’m smart and understand dog social cues, calmly walking away when another dog is cranky or doesn’t want to play. I listen to my humans and take direction well, and I love going for walks and taking rides in the car. I’m housebroken, walk well on a leash, don't mind a crate, and I love to snuggle beside you or sometimes on you while we catch our favorite flicks on TV. I’m just a beautiful girl, easy to live with, easy to love, and would fit in nicely with any family situation. Inquire about me today!
