Why we love him: Voyager is so sweet and has such a congenial, good natured personality. He truly brightens our days!

Voyager is one of the handsomest dogs we have ever met! His soft and fluffy coat is beautifully marked and he has one brown and one blue eye. A native American legend says that dogs with two different color eyes are able to see heaven and earth at the same time, and we adore this lovely sentiment!

He is three years old and weighs 66 pounds.

Voyager is a well mannered companion on daily walks and is the best company! He also enjoys play time in the fenced yard.

Voyager has enjoyed play groups with his fellow shelter companions. If you have another dog, we do require a meet and greet to ensure compatibility.

He is a bright dog who wants to please and should learn any commands you want to teach him. He has almost mastered sit.

Voyager is so fun and happy go lucky. He is a delightful companion!

Voyager represented the shelter at an offsite event and had a wonderful time! He loved being around all the people and dogs he met.

He had a recent fun outing with a volunteer who reports: "Voyager was such a good boy. He walked 3 miles and never pulled on the lead even when passing other dogs. Voyager wanted kisses from all the people he met and LOVED when we stopped at the creek. He jumped right in for a swim and he also really enjoyed riding in the car."

Voyager adores being petted and loved on. He has such a loving heart and will be such a loyal family dog!
