My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Guillermo is a gorgeous lilac and tan bunny looking for a quiet, rabbit-savvy home. His foster mom originally adopted him with the intent to keep him, but after a few months it has become clear he is not compatible with cats- he hates them with a passion and will go after them with great gusto. Dogs on the other hand, totally acceptable in his eyes. Go figure!

If Guillermo were a dog himself, he's be a working-line Border Collie. He is smart, fast, and agile. His zoomies and binkies could put the most famous of ballet dancers to shame. His sleek, athletic figure like that of and Olympic runner. You get the idea! Because of his active nature Guillermo should either be kept free-roaming (indoors) or if kept in an x-pen, let out at least twice a day for exercise in a bun-proofed room. Thankfully he is a tidy and non-destructive rabbit, a great quality in a house bun.

'Mo is a curious and inquisitive guy, but can be nervous for a while until he settles in to a new environment. He would do best in a quiet, adult home- kids and a lot of bustling human activity is not his jam. Someone who understands rabbits and their boundaries, and with the patience to wait for him to adjust and truly blossom, would be his perfect match.

If you have any more questions about Guillermo, reach out to the shelter and his foster mom can fill you in. He is a really cool guy and will make an excellent companion for the right person.
