Tiggs the tank is a sweet boy who will come waddling over for all attention. Tiggs loves all humans, even the little ones! Bound to coming up to you as soon as he sees you enter the room for some much needed pets. Just like his sister Peeka, he loves a good brushing and will roll over so you can get his good side (his belly). Due to his size, he’s not particularly agile- which is a good thing he does ok with being picked up to be apart of higher ground. His last weight at the vet was 20 lbs. This calm boy enjoys spending his days lounging around in his various beds and receiving scratches from anyone who passes. Once he fully comes out of his shell, you won’t be able to forgo his cuddles and even his secret playful side. Tiggs enjoys wet food, and let’s be honest- all food, although it may take him some time to show you what he’s capable of. Welcome Tiggs into your home with his sister Peeka for 2 of the friendliest fur babies you could ever meet! Peeka raised Tiggs since he was a kitten.

Tiggs and Peeka are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.

Adoption fee for the bonded pair: $225

Tiggs is neutered, microchipped, is up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, and has tested negative for FIV/Feline Leukemia.

We offer a Foster program for those who would like to provide a temporary home to one in need.

All older puppies (6 mos or more) and adults are fully vetted prior to adoption.

Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue is a NO KILL animal rescue dedicated to providing shelter and loving care (which includes food, veterinary care and any other necessity) for animals that were abused, abandoned, owner surrendered, or destined to be euthanized due to over-crowded shelter conditions. Through the use of foster homes, Proverbs will care for these animals until such time as a good, responsible, loving home can be found for all adoptable animals.
