I am seeking an immediate Foster or Adopter to help this sweet boy who is worth helping and rescuing and preventing from going to any kind of shelter system
A kind man rescued a ( Belgian Malinois German Shepherd) on the road dragging about 30 feet of the same heavy chain used to tie down heavy machinery to a trailer. He’s been well fed and has no fleas but otherwise looks neglected. He looks around 4-5 years old and not fixed but is super sweet and listens fairly well. He knows sit and come or let’s go. took him by Bulverde animal Hospital to have him checked for a chip with no luck. I would appreciate any help you may be able to give as you may know other avenues.
