HOW TO ADOPT: This pet is available for adoption at a community event. Please check our Events Calendar for more information.
---
- Super sweet dog who just wants pets and attention from everyone he meets!
- Loves to stay active and might be a great running or biking buddy; would love a home with a fenced-in yard where he can run and play
- Enjoys spending as much time outside as possible playing and going on adventures
- Likes chewing on bones and playing tug
- Smart boy who already knows sit
- Can be tricky to get into the car, but once he's inside he'll lay down during the ride
- Has made some progress on potty training, but will need help from his new family to get to 100%
- Doesn't love going into his crate when his foster family is away, but settles nicely after a little time
- Young, noisy or busy children can be too much for them (mature home recommended)
- Can do well with dogs, but may do best with a slow introduction (dog intro recommended)
- Enjoys spending time with dogs who have a similar play style
All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)
The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
