Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sienna von Chula is a gorgeous 2 year old German Shepherd. This beautiful girl likes to stay close to your side on her walks and is wonderful on leash. She meets dogs politely but doesn’t care too much to mingle and gossip. She would prefer to do her own thing (we love an independent woman). She sticks to the people she is comfortable with to ask for pets or treats and can easily become your shadow. We know that this girl will blossom in the home of that special person who will give her time and affection, and she will repay it tenfold! (Just no cats please) Come and see if Sienna is the right dog for you.
Found with her puppies by Good Sam.

Based on our experience, Westside's current thinking is to usually match first-time shepherd owners with a mix versus a purebred shepherd. Mixes are "softer" and somewhat more malleable. Exceptions can be made, however, for first-time adopters who show the confidence and leadership tendencies that purebreds will respect and respond to. Counselors have to use good judgment in assessing the attributes of the adopter, as well as of the dog. If you have doubts, get a second opinion from Robin or another experienced counselor.
