This fee helps cover the costs of veterinary care, emergencies, food, and the critical care of all the animals we rescue. If you’re local, the adoption fee includes age-appropriate spay/neuter surgery and core vaccines, though each adoption may vary. This adoption fee does not include beyond normal surgery (ie- cryptorchid surgery.) We understand that the fee may seem high, but it’s crucial to sustaining our work and supporting all the animals in our care. Thank you for choosing to adopt through Fur and Tails Animal Rescue, helping us continue our mission to rescue and care for animals in need while giving these puppies the loving homes they deserve!

Fur and Tails Animal Rescue's primary focus is homeless, injured, high risk animals in need. We provide services with only volunteers and personal donations. Financial aid from public grants is a small portion of the budget. There are no paid employees. We are also a 501(c)3 charity and fully registered with the state of Florida.
