Hi!! I’m Penelope, but my foster family calls me PenPal. I’ve been in Minnesota for a little while now and I’m really settling in, I’ve gotten to live at my foster family’s home for a month now! My foster mom asked one of the kids I live with to describe what makes me special, I overheard her say I was “sweet and kind and loved squeaky toys,” well that felt like a warm fuzzy! I love to play with my sisters and with the kids in my foster home, and would love to play with all the other dogs and puppies. I’ve met so many dogs and puppies at meet and greet events and I wag and get as close as I can to say “hellooooooo” my foster is impressed with my “quiet hello” ways. I hear my foster mom brag about me and my sisters, she says we’re the perfect balance of play and cuddle! I hope someone picks me soon, I can’t wait for my own home!

Penelope is estimated to be 4.5 months old and 23 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
