Hank is a one year old 60 lb hound mix with a heart of gold and a nose for adventure. This goofy guy is always up for a good time, whether it's chasing squirrels or snuggling up on the couch. Hank is awesome with kids and great with other dogs - he tries to goad them into playing with him! Despite his goofiness, Hankie is a smart guy. He learns new tricks quickly, especially when treats are involved. He's very food-motivated, which makes training a breeze. Overall, Hank is a great mix of let’s go to the park and let’s snuggle on the couch for belly rubs and ear scratchies (he’s got some good ones). Apply now at www.soardogs.org
Adoption donation required. This covers altering, DAP series vaccinations to date of adoption, Bordetella Vaccination, Rabies vaccination if over four months, Microchip, Deworming, heartworm test (if over 8 months), monthly flea/heartworm prevention to date, grooming, full veterinary examination, and temperament evaluation.
All SOAR dogs go through a ten-day quarantine period to ensure they are healthy, before being adopted. We do not operate on a first come first serve basis, but screen applicants in order to find the best fit for our adoptable dogs.
