My name is Maverick!

Sweet Maverick boy, AKA Best Boy Ever! This handsome 4 year old long haired guy really is a dream come true. Maverick was so nervous and scared in the shelter, but then his wonderful foster mom took him in and showed him that homes are the bestest of all places. In a few short days Maverick went from not eating and finding refuge under any large piece of furniture, to sprawling out and letting his 4 year old foster human play dress up with him! Maverick, we are so glad you started showing us your true personality!

Maverick LOVES pets, he could literally sit for pets for hours. You have the time, he has the fur! He LOVES to be your bedtime buddy! Little spoon? Big spoon? You pick! Maverick is good with other animals, even if they aren’t his biggest fan. That’s okay, Maverick’s big heart is confident enough to take the hit with finesse. Maverick would be a great addition to any lucky family who is willing to give him a few days to acclimate.
