Meet Lina!

Lina is a sensitive and sweet 10-month-old Dalmatian/Cattle Dog mix weighing 25 lbs. This petite pup has a gentle spirit and is looking for a patient, loving family to help her bloom into her confident and loyal self.

Lina loves the company of her foster siblings, both canine and human. She thrives around calm and respectful kids and enjoys spending time with cats—she’s perfectly content to coexist peacefully. She’s an independent soul who loves her crate, making it her safe and cozy retreat. Lina also adores chew toys and happily keeps herself entertained with them.

While Lina is still a bit shy and uncertain in new environments, her playful and loving personality begins to shine once she feels safe and secure. With a calm and understanding family, she will undoubtedly flourish.

One of our volunteers will reach out either by phone or email. Please be sure to check your junk file.

Home Check

Our Home Checks are Virtual on Zoom, FaceTime, Messenger..... followed by reference check as well as a vet reference check.

4.
Meet the Pet

Once your application has been approved and we think the dog you have applied for is a good match we will then set up a meet & greet.

Approve Application

Sign Adoption Contract

Pay Fee

Once the adoption contract and fee have been received the dog can go home with the approved adopter.

Backstreet Paws Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer based organization that helps homeless, abandoned street dogs find their forever homes. We are dedicated to providing the best possible care for these animals until they can be placed into a loving home. Our ultimate goal is to reduce the number of dogs that are euthanized each year in shelters due to lack of adoptions.
