If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Appa came into my life in the spring of 2019 after being found as a stray. He’s a shy but affectionate boy who loves scratches, pets, and playing with his toys. Once he warms up to you, he’ll show you his sweet, playful personality.
Appa does have a peeing issue that started three years ago-he pees on clothing left on the floor-so his new home will need to be mindful of keeping things tidy. He’s also an anxious cat who needs a patient, loving person to help him feel safe.
I’m heartbroken to give him up, but I’m moving to a place that doesn’t allow pets, and my finances are tight. All I want is to find Appa a home where he’ll be loved and cared for, quirks and all. If you think you can give him the life he deserves, please reach out.
