My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Welcome Milo to CCPAL Rescue Foster Program. Milo is an 8-month-old Lab mix pup. He weighs about 35 pounds and may be 40 full grown. He was found as a stray. He is a little shy but all the pups in this litter are very sweet. Milo is very submissive and in a play group the bullies pick on him. He would be fine with a family with children. We would like them to be 8 or older. He will be medium sized full-grown dog is our guess. He is friendly with other dogs off-leash. He has a beautiful medium length coat and stunning brown eyes. He was found as a stray and is now in foster care here in Texas. Orion has a brown feathery coat with a white blaze on his chest. He is a moderate shedding dog and not over the top. He stays in his yard and plays nicely with other dogs. He is good with all people and is very loving. He loves to play in the water and playing with sticks. He is a typical puppy. They are good at walking next to you in the yard. Orion would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. He isn’t food assertive when eating and is not over the top wiggly. He is playful and outgoing. He is currently neutered, vaccinated, and ready for his forever home. He is in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Someone who does not work all day everyday is best for a puppy. He will need to finish up his puppy training. He spends a lot of time outside in his foster home here in Texas. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 if you have any questions. Please go to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com with questions. You can get an application online at www.ccpalrescue.org.

More about this rescue

C.C.P.A.L. seeks to reduce the enormous problem of pet overpopulation in Bandera County We promote low-cost spay/neuter programs; advise on basic health care & proper shelter for pets & offer excellent dog obedience classes several times each year. Since 2002, CCPAL has rescued nearly 5,000 animals. We are in constant need of foster homes for these pets until we find them homes. Our pets are in kennels on an acreage in Texas. We can use a transporter to get them outside of Texas if we find a great home.
