Give a warm welcome to Mosaic, an extremely affectionate 2-year old, 37-pound Pit Bull Terrier/Hound mix who is friendly to humans of any age, including kids, and looks for all the pets and cuddles she can get. When Mosaic isn’t out for a walk or playing with a toy, she’s one big, mushy, snuggly couch potato!
Mosaic enjoys the outdoors and likes going for walks. She has been working on her housebreaking skills and is well-mannered on a leash. Highly treat/food motivated, Mosaic is a good listener, particularly if she thinks a reward is coming. She instantly responds to the command sit, and with a bit more training, this clever cookie will be able to learn a whole host of words and phrases.
A huge fan of toys, Mosaic goes bonkers over anything that squeaks, rolls, or has stuffing. She is hilarious to watch in action as she goes about attempting to destroy whatever play item she’s interested in at the moment. But the second she settles down, Mosaic turns into the ultimate love machine! Pet me, scratch me, rub my belly, stroke my ears!
Mosaic seems to be fearful of some dogs, while eager to greet others. With a slow and proper introduction, Mosaic would likely do well around other dogs, but that theory has not been fully tested yet. One thing’s for sure: Mosaic is a sweet young girl, with lots of potential, who adores ALL people, ALL toys, and ALL food. A pretty fine puppy, indeed!
