What a little cutie-pie was one is! Say hello to September, an 11-week old, 8-pound (as of 3/6) Beagle/Collie mix who loves everyone and everything. She’s just full of the joys of life!
Affectionate to the max, September likes to be pet, she thrilled to be massaged, and she will never turn down an offer of a belly rub. She has a special affinity for kids and loves to interact with them, whether that means playing soccer, having a game of tug-and-war, or simply hanging out together. September’s got family dog written all over her!
Essentially pad trained and somewhat crate trained, September is still too young to go out for walks, but she’s quickly learning how to correctly use the pee pads, and also that crate time is sometimes necessary, even though she doesn’t like it. Yummy treats are a great way to coax her, and she usually does what’s asked of her if a reward is being offered. Additionally, September responds to the commands sit and paw. Pretty impressive for such a young pupper!
September adores all manner of toys and will play with anything you put in front of her. She is also always willing to play with humans. Doesn’t matter who. You give her even a little attention, and she’ll give you the world.
September still has a low of growing up to do, but she’s intelligent, eager to please, and shows oodles of potential. For anyone willing to put in the time to train a sweet baby dog, September is soooo worth it!
