Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Bruiser, the 7-year-old, 5-pound sweetheart with a heart as big as his appetite! Bruiser has a charming trick—he loves to dance for food!
This adorable companion dog gets along well with other dogs and thrives in a calm, loving environment. While he's full of personality and affection, Bruiser would do best in an all-adult household where he can soak up all the attention.
Bruiser is currently in our care, where he will receive full veterinary treatment, including neutering, before heading to his forever home. If you're looking for a pint-sized partner to brighten your days, Bruiser might just be the perfect match!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. You must begin our adoption process by applying to adopt on clawsadopt.org. Please do NOT inquire via Petfinder, social media messengers or in our comments. We will only be looking at applications!
2. Please make sure you fill out our adoption application COMPLETELY. We may not be able to respond to applications that are not completely filled out with the proper information. Side note: on our applications, the more details you provide = the better.
3. We prefer applicants live within 60 miles of Closter, NJ. (Applicants who live farther away may still apply. However, please note we do prioritize local applications as we try our best to serve our local community first.)
4. Please respect our organization, our volunteers and our process. As a reminder, our organization is a nonprofit. We receive no money from the state. We have no paid employees! This is a polite reminder that we are doing our best to make the right decisions for the animals in our care. Thank you.
