Meet Celia! Celia was found as a stray and taken to one of our shelter partners. Unfortunately Celia has several mammary masses, that may have metastasized. Celia is considered hospice, and we're unsure of her life expectancy. None the less, she loves cuddles and is extremely sweet. She can coexist with dogs and cats, but prefers to be number one.
