Charleston is a small, 8-week-old Shih-Tzu pup, just 4 lbs. right now. It looks like he is all that breed so will stay a small dog, not going over 15-16 lbs. when full grown. He has a sweet and loving demeanor and is quite cuddly. He is confident and loves people. He is playful and inquisitive. His coat is gorgeous and will be very typical of that breed. He will need grooming on a regular basis.
Since he is not yet neutered, Charleston is not available for adoption outside of the counties contiguous to Bedford County.
