My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

All of our cats are current on vaccines, combo tested (FIV/FELV) , spayed/neutered, microchipped, given rabies vaccine as age appropriate, flea treatment and dewormer as needed

Sammy, DOB 7/15/2015, started out as a stray. He gets along with cats, people, kids. Sammy is laid back and is good with dogs. He doesn't like riding in the car, but Rescue Remedy 15 minutes before you leave works. He is very sweet and affectionate. He loves the outdoor enclosure and spends most of his time out there-really would be happiest with an enclosure or screened in porch. He seeks attention and calls to you when you come home. Loves ear scritches. Are you his new forever best friend? He is really a love!!

Dallas Cat Rescue, dba Cat Matchers is an all-volunteer 501c3 organization dedicated to reducing the number of homeless animals. We will accomplish this:

through programs to rescue, spay/neuter and adopt out animals in need.
by supporting spay/neuter programs to try and reduce the number of animals that are euthanized each year or left homeless.
The goal is to turn disposable animals into lifelong companions.
