Diesel is the sweetest boy!! He loves people!! His favorite things are pets and scratches. He will just lean in enjoying every second!! He loves car rides and is perfect in the car. He isn’t a chewer or big into toys but does love treats!! Diesel likes to sniff around outside but his favorite time is when he gets snuggles on the couch. He is easy going and patient

Diesel would thrive in home with someone to adore him and spend time with him. He does great with other dogs and cats ok with proper introductions. He would love someone to take him for walks and car rides. End the day with some snuggle time, sprinkle in a couple of treats now and then, and Diesel would be in heaven!!

Submit Application

Either email or fax our application back to us in a fully completed state. We will reach out and set up a phone interview with you.

2.
Interview

- Phone interview - Reference check (Vet, 2 references) - Home Check

3.
Approve Application

- Meet and Greet - Adoption contract signed, adoption donation paid, new pet goes home with you!

Additional adoption info

We have a written application followed by a phone interview. If the applicant is approved past this point then we check 2 personal references as well as their vet reference. If they rent we speak with their landlord as well. If all is well at this point then we do a home check. The final step is a meet and greet where the adopter and the household, including dogs travel to meet the new adoptive dog. If all goes well they can adopt. There is an adoption contract and the adoption fee ranges between $200-400 depending on the fees that we put into the particular dog.

We support local "ma & pa" business before the big box chains since many of us come from some communities. We also attended fairs and "meet & greet" events.
