Hi there, my name is Jenkins and I’m a handsome Border Collie mix about 2 years old, 34 lbs, with very soft fur and short legs (maybe part Corgi?). I was a lost dog in San Antonio Texas, wandering alone near a busy intersection when I let someone pick me up and take me home. I had no ID or microchip so when nobody claimed me I went to 4 Little Paws Rescue to find a better life. I’m now fully vaccinated, neutered, chipped, happy and healthy, and ready to get this show on the road!

I’m a very sweet and friendly boy with lots of energy for playtime or running, or any activity with my people. I’m great with other dogs and I love to play with chew toys or my favorite Kong toy stuffed with peanut butter. When I’m indoors and hanging out, I’m calm and in your lap or snuggled beside you because I am very affectionate and loyal and loving and my foster mom calls me a sweetheart. I love going for walks on a leash and going for rides in the car. I’m well-behaved, don't chew your things or dig in your yard, only bark when I need to alert you, and am housebroken. I don't mind being in a crate and that's where I currently sleep each night since I’m in a foster home with lots of other dogs. I’m just a happy and playful boy ready for a wonderful future and hear the Eastern Seaboard is the place to be. Inquire about me today!
