Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Cruz! He's ready to calmly cruise right into the loving arms of his new family. Cruz and his friend, who has since been adopted, were sadly left behind in their home by their owners. They were taken care of by someone else for a short time before being brought to the shelter together. They definitely deserve to find a new and better home after that! Still shy, we haven't seen what Cruz's full personality is. He spends most of his time sleeping in a little cubby in the Tranquility room. Sometimes he may be snuggled up with another cat, Noodle, but other times he's sleeping by himself. What we do know is that Cruz is a big, sweet softie. You'll have to approach him first so you can pet him, but he'll lean into your touch quick once you start giving him attention. We're sure that after a bit more time, Cruz will come out of his shell and show us more aspects of his personality. His previous caretaker noted that he was afraid of their dog. No dogs for Cruz, please! Being adopted into a home with other cats would be okay, though. Come by the Humane Society to meet Cruz!
