My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Playful, Goofy, Nonchalant

Introducing Agent Cat Bauer!

Agent Cat Bauer is a really cool cat with a multifaceted personality. She’s funny, playful, spunky, and fun-loving yet easygoing and overall low-maintenance. She is both relaxed and ready to play, cautious yet curious when comfy, and can be cuddly when she’s sleepy. A curious, playful girl who wants to be involved in your life, she brings life and fun into your day!

This gal is very energetic and wants to play a lot, especially with feathered wand toys. She currently sees fingers and toes as toys, but can easily be redirected with a toy. While she is learning the difference, you might want to supervise her with very little kids and be patient. She has the zoomies multiple times throughout the day, including toward the evening after dinner. However, during most of the day, she is happy to just hang out near you and laze.

Agent Cat Bauer likes to be near people and, if she trusts you, she will come cuddle for a bit. She’ll also greet you when you come home and loves scritches on her neck. As she likes quiet spaces, she might hang out in an out-of-the-way spot as she settles in and feels more comfortable.

While in foster care, she hasn’t met cats, dogs, or children, though her foster thinks she would likely be willing to socialize with other kitties. She’d do best in a home with loving and attentive people who can give her the stimulation and playtime she needs as well as quiet, safe spots for her to retreat to when she wants them.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
