My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luna is in a foster home, and meet and greets can be directly scheduled with her foster.

A note from her foster mom:
Luna came to the shelter in November 2024, and initially couldn`t even be touched due to her intense fear after all the changes in her life. She also didn`t feel very good, and was dealing with a pyometra infection which was resolved after spay. She took some time to feel better and settle in, but we quickly learned that Luna was actually a lovebug and very people oriented once she knows you. She has taken time to gain weight and learn how to live in a household, and still is a bit shy with new people, but she is really a wonderful companion given just a bit of time to adjust. She has made several cat friends while in foster, but has not been around dogs directly. If you are interested in learning more about pretty Luna, please reach out today!

Please email hsccfosterteam@gmail.com to be put in touch with her foster.
