Meet Lily & Daisy, one of our lovely vintage pair of ladies! Daisy is bonded with her daughter Lily, who looks just like her mamma and has the sweetest personality. They both have striking green eyes and the most beautiful white coat that is so soft, it's hard to stop petting them! However, if it was up to them, they would get pets all day, every day. They love to be in your lap and come to greet you when entering her room. They also have a playful side and will enjoy wand toys and have the occasional zoomies. One of their favorite activities is to sunbathe. Unfortunately, too much sun exposure can cause some problems, and white cats are more at risk. Our veterinarian suspects that Daisy has squamous cell carcinoma, located on her nose. There are treatment options for this carcinoma, if it is still small and localized. She came to us with previously amputated ear tips. Sadly, we had no vet records to know exactly what this girl has been through. We can only assume she has had this for a while and has already undergone some treatment to remove the damaged areas. The clinic is monitoring her condition very closely. She is not currently on any medication or treatment at this time. They love to lounge together and watch the birds flying around the outdoor catio, so they need a home with a good window view!
If you are interested in giving Daisy and Lily a chance at a forever home, please fill out an adoption application. If you have questions about Daisy's condition, feel free to reach out to us. We would be happy to speak with you!

More about this rescue
Founded in 1988, Purrfect Pals was the first no-kill cat shelter and sanctuary in the Pacific Northwest.
Our cat adoption and rehabilitation programs help us place homeless cats, including those with special needs, in loving homes. We believe that every cat is adoptable; some just need more time than others to find the right match. Our ultimate goal is to match them up with the perfect family at one of our five Puget Sound adoption centers or special adoption event, but these cats will have a loving home in our Arlington sanctuary for as long as they need us.
