hi Tracie!

This happy girl is a 3 1/2 year old Chocolate Lab. She and another lab were surrendered to our care from a Lancaster breeder when she was no longer wanted. She is 75lbs.

Tracie is your typical lab - she is very friendly, happy and always up for an adventure. She does well on a leash but is pretty strong. She loved some time in our play yard exploring the area and kept coming back to us for pets and cuddles. She is a great dog and allows all handling.

She was adopted for a short while but recently turned back to us as it seems that Tracie was jealous at home and would guard the female owner from her partner. Tracie would love either a single home or one experienced with resource guarding.

She will need to meet any resident dogs.

She will come spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and 4dx tested.

Our volunteer will work on approval which includes landlord / vet / personal references and a conversation with the applicant

Meet the Pet

After approval, we will set an appointment with the pet you chose or for open meets with pets that fit the criteria

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If you love the dog, you will sign the adoption paperwork, pay the adoption fee and the pup is yours!

We do not have open hours for the public and all meets are done on an appointment basis for approved applicants.
