My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for a fun, mischievous companion to brighten your home? Meet Tommy, a playful little ball of energy who's always ready for an adventure! With his sleek black fur and bright, curious eyes, Tommy is a bundle of joy who loves to pounce, chase toys, and keep you on your toes with his cheeky antics.

Whether he's chasing a feather toy, racing around the house, or curling up for a well-earned nap, Tommy's lovable personality shines through. He's social, curious, and has a heart full of affection-perfect for anyone who wants a kitten with lots of personality and plenty of love to give.

Tommy is looking for a forever home where he can share his playful spirit and snuggle up with his humans after a busy day of exploring. Could that be with you? Come meet this charming little kitten today and let him add some fun and laughter to your life!

These three siblings are inseparable and would love to be adopted together, though they would also do well in a home with other pets or as a pair. If you're looking for a playful, loving, and adorable trio to brighten your home, they're the purrfect match!

Additional adoption info

We adopt animals to homes in the Los Angeles area and neighboring counties.

To help ensure that we place our cats in loving, responsible, committed homes, we have a screening process before you can adopt a pet from Kitten Rescue. We reserve the right to turn down potential adopters as we deem necessary. First, we ask that you complete our Adoption Questionnaire at kittenrescue.org/cat-adoption-form/. You can complete the form online or you may stop by a weekly adoption event to complete form in person. Second, a home visit or a home delivery of the cat or kitten is also required as part of our adoption process.

The Kitten Rescue adoption fee is $150 for a kitten or cat up to 10 years old, and $100 for each additional kitten or cat to the same household ($250 if you adopt a pair). Cats above 10 years old have a fee reduction of 50%, for an adoption fee of $75 each.

All of our cats have already been:
Spayed or neutered
Vaccinated – with at least one FVRCP vaccination
Treated for fleas
Dewormed
Tested for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus)
Microchipped

More about this rescue

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA.

Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 2,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
