Meet Coco, a 4 year old mixed breed dog who has found himself to us through no fault of his own. Coco is looking for a new forever home that will love him through thick and thin. Coco is a joy of a dog, once you get to know him! He can be shy and scared at first but once he meets you (and with a little help from special treats... like people snacks) he will be your best friend in no time. Coco can be strong willed and needs an owner who will make sure they set boundaries right away. He can be quite demanding, especially when it comes to that gold we call people food, as well as his favorite people. He can be a bit resource possessive of these things. The good news is, he is easily corrected by removing him from the situation or the command "no". Due to these things though, we recommend a house with no children. So far, he seems to be ok with other animals and is housebroken. He also is fine with being crated. Coco knows lots of commands and is a quick learner due to his food motivation and attentiveness. He knows "sit", "down", "paw" and "other paw", as well as "touch", and "speak". His adoption fee is $150 and he is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm negative.
