My name is Freya and I am a sweet 2 year old female mini Aussie mix. My foster mama calls me a dainty princess because I like to lay very properly with my front paws crossed while relaxing on a big fluffy pillow. I need a bit of warm up time with new people and right now I am more comfortable with females than I am with males. My foster dad is working hard to show me that guys are pretty cool and I have learned that he is the one to approach to get the really good treats (Yes, I would like some more roast beef, thank you for offering). I like going for walks, but I sometimes pull so I may need a reminder to slow down and enjoy the scenery. I have not had any potty accidents in my foster home since I have been here and I sleep quietly in a crate at night. I like to play with toys and am pretty good at fetch. I like other dogs and would enjoy a canine sibling who likes to play but doesn’t get too crazy. I enjoy the great outdoors and a home with a fenced yard to keep me safe while I explore would be ideal. A quieter home with adults only or ones with older kids with dog experience would probably be best for me. Freya is spayed, up to date on all vaccines, heart worm negative and on heartworm preventative, de-wormed, had a dental, and microchipped. Freya’s adoption fee is $350.00.
