Sweet, precious Valentine (aka Val or Valley Girl) tugs at your heart strings big time!

She’s a senior gal from California. Having been left after owners moved away without her, she somehow got injured. The details are unknown, but she does have a broken front leg and a hurt back leg. She predominantly uses her left side to walk/hop (and does a pretty job!). It’s still fairly new to her, so she’s learning and healing. She will most likely always walk with a limp and use her left side more than her right. She goes back to the vet for a follow-up evaluation on February 22.

Just three days with Val has shown us that she craves human connection and touch. She is in desperate need of an EXCEPTIONAL home that will show her love and attention and care for her needs.

Valentine is a 12 year old senior female chihuahua that came to us from a high kill shelter in California. 

Available dogs are met by pre-approved adopters ONLY after a match is made.
