Harley is a 10-year-old, 15lb. male dachshund with a heart full of love and a relaxed, easygoing nature. This little guy is the ultimate cuddle bug - he loves snuggling up with his humans and will even climb onto your lap for a cozy nap. Harley enjoys going on walks, exploring the house, and especially, sunbathing in the backyard (he’s totally solar-powered!). He’s house-trained, crate-trained and gets along great with other dogs, even big ones. He especially loves following around his foster dog brother and snuggling up next to him, so for that reason, we would like a doggy companion for him. While he’s not good with cats, he’s incredibly friendly with all people including kids and warms up quickly. He’s also not mouthy at all and rarely barks, but he’ll always greet you with excitement when you come home. He is an ok car rider, but does shake while he's riding. Since he's a dachshund, he should not be allowed to jump on or off furniture, so stairs or a ramp is needed for him.
