Polly beat the odds as a parvo survivor, overcoming a difficult battle with the help of round-the-clock care. Now fully healthy and ready for her forever home, Polly is looking for a family who will give her the love she deserves.

This adorable lady is fantastic with other dogs and cats, and she absolutely loves playing with her furry friends. While she can be a little wary of strangers at first, her protective nature comes from her devotion to her humans. Polly might bark to let you know someone is near, but don’t let her loud voice fool you—she’s really a big teddy bear at heart.

Polly has some small scars on her paws and legs, a reminder of her not-so-kind past. But she doesn’t let that hold her back. She knows how to sit, give both paws, and lay down. With some patience and practice, she’s sure to improve her leash manners too.
