Boomer is an 8 year old , 19 lb terrier/Shih Tzu mix. He is being returns to rescue cause his owner is moving to assisted living. He has been an only dog for the last six years. Boomer is outgoing with people. He is a great companion, he wants to be near his person. He could afford to lose a few pounds. But he is a sweet loyal dog.
