My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This two years, one month old male Akita mix is black and white in color and weighs 68 pounds. This gentle `soul` has been waiting for his forever home for nearly a month. While Chunk may be a bit shy at first, don’t let that fool you—he’s just taking his time to build trust and feel comfortable in new surroundings. Once he does, his big, lovable personality shines through and will have you smiling from ear to ear. Despite his initial hesitation, Chunk is a sweet, affectionate boy who just needs a patient adopter to help him bloom. Once you’ve earned his trust, you’ll be rewarded with a loyal and loving companion. A quiet, understanding home where he can feel safe and secure is just what he needs. If you’re willing to give him the time and patience, see how much love this shy guy has to offer once he’s given the chance to shine. Due to his VIP status, Chunk has a reduced adoption fee. Meet Chunk in Dog Adoptions (DA) 14, his ID number is A57736260.
