Meet Bloom! Bloom is an approximately five-year-old, 12-pound female, looking for a forever family. She came to rescue with two other dogs, when their owners were no longer able to care for them. Our best guess is that Bloom is some sort of Papillon/Chihuahua mix; she has the cutest little "fox" face! Bloom is a happy and wiggly gal who loves to be loved. She enjoys lap time and pets and will make the perfect friendly companion dog for some lucky family. Bloom is social with other dogs and could be a new buddy for your dog at home.
