My name is Zuko!

Hi, my name is Zuko! My friends found me on the street in December and have kept me safe ever since, but now it is time for me to find my furever home!

I'm a sweet and lovable guy who loves to sunbathe, roll in the grass, and hang out at breweries! I enjoy short walks, a good game of tug a training sessions with lots of yummy treats. I'm very gentle with people, which makes it easy for them to provide care. When people speak, I am eager to figure out what they would like me to do. I love people so much, it would really be great if you could be home a good portion of the day. I like calm dogs, but do not appreciate rough play or rambunctious energy. I do not like cats. Kids seem cool, but I haven't spent much time with them.

Zuko would do best as a single pet and is eager for more training. If you can give him that, then you’ll have a great companion!

Note: Zuko is heartworm positive, has had some dog aggression incidents, and separation behaviors. Fosters are continuing to train.
