Tiny Tim’s journey to FDHS was not one of neglect or misfortune—he was deeply loved. But sometimes, life takes unexpected turns, and his owner’s health made it impossible to give Tiny the life he truly deserves. Now, this sweet Hound/Retriever mix is searching for a new beginning with someone who will help him blossom.

With the voice of a hound and the looks of a retriever, Tiny Tim is the best of both worlds. He didn’t get much experience outside his previous home, so shelter life has been a bit overwhelming for him. New faces and loud noises can make him nervous, but a soft voice and gentle patience are all it takes for him to start trusting. Once he does, he’s all heart.

Tiny Tim is looking for a calm, loving home—one that will give him the time and space to build his confidence, explore the world at his own pace, and, most importantly, feel safe. Walks, quiet companionship, and a little patience will go a long way in helping him shine.
