Penelope is a 3 month old puppy. She was born October 14 2024. She is a sassy and spunky little girl. She knows how to use her voice to get your attention. She loves to play, but also is great at cuddling. She needs a lot of training. She is not potty trained. She definitely is loving and sweet. She needs a family that can pour time and care into her. A yard to run and explore in would also be great for her energy.
