Welcome, Cece!

This beautiful girl is about 9 months old and has already experienced far too much confusion for such a young pup . Sadly, Cece was passed around as no one could commit to her. She was posted on Facebook in search of a home, and luckily, a friend of one of our amazing volunteers reached out for help. Thank you Donna for stepping up to find her a safe place.

Our incredible board members jumped into action today, meeting Cece and getting her vaccinated at a clinic . Tonight, she’ll spend the night with George and Jen, and tomorrow, Sheila will foster her until we find a foster-to-adopt home.

Cece appears to be in great shape and has clearly been well taken care of. She’s sweet, friendly, and loves all people. She’s said to be good with other dogs, but any match will need to be carefully considered. Like any young puppy, Cece needs plenty of structure, guidance, and a family who has the time and patience to work on:
• Basic commands
• Crate training
• Leash walks

Kids 10 and up would be the best fit for Cece. Please note, we cannot cat test her, so don’t ask 🙅‍♀️🐱.

Cece still needs another vaccine in 3–4 weeks and to be spayed, so she is currently available for foster-to-adopt. Once she’s fully vetted and trained, we’ll make the adoption official.
