My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Aria is a beautiful black and white Domestic Shorthair with a gentle spirit and a heart that needs time to bloom. Naturally reserved, she takes her time to warm up to new people and environments. Her shy demeanor often makes her a bit of a mystery, but those who are patient and understanding are rewarded with a glimpse of the sweet, loving companion she’s meant to be.

Aria needs a quiet, calm home where she can feel safe and secure as she adjusts at her own pace. With the right environment and plenty of time, Aria will gradually open up, showing her true affectionate nature. She thrives in spaces that allow her to feel comfortable, and once she’s formed a bond, she will return love in her own soft, gentle way. A home that can offer her patience and a peaceful atmosphere will be the perfect place for this shy girl to flourish.

Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!!

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
