Theo is a sleek black Domestic Shorthair with an independent streak and a laid-back attitude. He enjoys his own company, often lounging in sunbeams or perching in a quiet spot to observe his surroundings. While he isn’t overly demanding, he does appreciate pets on his own terms, leaning in for chin scratches and head rubs when the mood strikes.

Despite his self-sufficient nature, Theo is a calm and steady presence in any home. He doesn’t need constant attention but enjoys the quiet companionship of his favorite humans. Whether he's stretching out for a peaceful nap or watching the world go by from a window, Theo embodies the perfect balance of independence and affection.

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
